Requirements

Mandatory Skills

- 6–10 years of experience in Data Engineering and Production Support.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake.

- Experience with dbt.

- Experience with Airbyte.

- Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.

- Experience with Terraform.

- Strong understanding of Dimensional Modelling.

- Experience with Kimball Methodology (Facts & Dimensions).

- Hands-on experience in Production Support and Service Desk environments.

- Robust knowledge of SLA Management.

- Experience working with Ticketing Tools such as Jira/JSM.

- Excellent People Leadership and team management skills.

- Strong written and verbal Communication skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents independently
