Job Title: Chief Operations Manager Description We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Chief Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational workflows, credit processing pipelines, team management, and administrative efficiency at our Vastrapur office. You will work directly with management to streamline operations, maintain compliance, optimize loan disbursement turnarounds, and ensure peak performance across teams. Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee daily end-to-end NBFC operations, ensuring smooth workflow between sales, sourcing, credit appraisal, and verification departments. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in loan processing and implement strategies to reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) for loan approvals and disbursements. Team Supervision & Monitoring: Lead, mentor, and track performance across operational teams, including Credit Managers and verification staff. Policy & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all lending and operational activities comply with RBI guidelines, internal NBFC policies, and audit protocols. MIS & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present weekly and monthly operational dashboards, performance metrics, and portfolio status reports to senior management.



Vendor & Escalation Management: Coordinate with external agencies (legal, valuation, field verification, IT vendors) and resolve high-level customer or process escalations. Qualifications Experience: 3 to 6+ years of proven operational management experience within an NBFC, bank, or microfinance institution. Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Commerce (MBA / M.Com / BBA preferred). Technical: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, loan management systems (LMS), and workflow automation tools. Languages: Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
