About the Prospect
A fast-moving digital creative studio serving top-tier D2C and e-commerce brands across India, we craft high-conversion motion content that drives engagement, brand recall, and sales. Our team operates at the intersection of design, storytelling, and performance — turning product features into scroll-stopping videos, explainer animations, and shoppable ad formats for global marketplaces and social platforms. Role & Responsibilities

- Create scroll-stopping motion graphics for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok tailored to D2C product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Translate static creatives (mockups, wireframes, UI flows) into dynamic, brand-aligned animations with clear CTAs and conversion hooks.
- Collaborate with marketing leads to storyboard short-form video concepts that align with campaign KPIs — CTR, view duration, add-to-cart rates.
- Optimize file formats, resolution, and aspect ratios for platform-specific requirements while maintaining visual fidelity.




- Manage versioning and deliverables across 5+ campaigns simultaneously using cloud-based feedback tools (Frame.io, Miro, Google Drive).
- Stay ahead of platform trends (Reels, TikTok transitions, YouTube Shorts hooks) and integrate emerging motion styles into brand templates.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Canva (for rapid mockups)

- Social media video specs (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

- Experience with Lottie or Rive animations for mobile app UX
- Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce product page animations
