Working Hours: US EST/CST Overlap Required Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, US Payroll, and Oracle reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Oracle HCM functional modules, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, BI Publisher, and Redwood UI. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, support integrations, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Oracle HCM Functional Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management (experience in any 3 out of 4 modules is mandatory). Gather business requirements and prepare functional design and solution documents. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications based on business requirements. Perform gap analysis and recommend Oracle HCM best practices. Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live activities. Provide functional support and user training. US Payroll & HCM Configure and support US Payroll processes. Work on payroll elements including earnings, deductions, costing, tax configurations, and payroll processing. Support US HCM business processes and compliance requirements. Collaborate with US business stakeholders during implementations and support activities.



Reporting & Integrations Develop and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports. Support Oracle HCM integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Coordinate with technical teams for inbound and outbound integrations. Support reporting enhancements and data validation activities. Redwood Experience Configure and support Oracle Redwood UI features. Assist in Redwood adoption and personalization initiatives. Mandatory Skills Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle HCM Functional Consulting (6+ Years) Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Oracle Redwood OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) BI Publisher Oracle HCM Modules – Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management (minimum 3 out of 4 modules mandatory) US Payroll (Minimum 3 Years) US HCM Experience (Minimum 3 Years) Requirement Gathering Functional Configuration UAT & SIT Support Stakeholder Management Excellent Communication Skills Preferred Skills Oracle HCM Cloud Certification HDL / HSDL REST & SOAP APIs Quick Formula HCM Extracts Oracle HCM Cloud Implementations Agile/Scrum methodology Experience working with US clients Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile 6+ years of Oracle HCM Functional Consulting experience. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in US Payroll / US HCM. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI & BI Publisher) and OIC integrations. Ability to work independently in a global delivery model. Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 15-day notice period will be preferred.
