Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job location: Ahmedabad (Local prefer more)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Order Management:
• Process sales orders accurately and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to address any order discrepancies or special requirements promptly.
Documentation Handling:
• Prepare proforma invoices accurately and promptly.
• Account and Item Master Creation:
• Create and maintain account master records for current customers and vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Establish item master records for new products, collaborating with relevant teams to align with customer needs.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate operating cycle reports and summary sheets to track sales performance and identify trends.
Sample Dispatch Intimation:
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely dispatch of samples to customers.
• Provide customers with necessary information and updates regarding sample dispatch status.
Pending Sampler Request Management:




• Monitor and follow up on pending sampler requests, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and fulfill sampler requests according to customer needs.
PI (Proforma Invoice) Preparation:
• Prepare proforma invoices accurately and promptly in response to customer inquiries or orders.
• Ensure all relevant details and specifications are included in proforma invoices as per customer requirements.
Sales Support:
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals for clients, incorporating relevant data and information.
• Handle client calls and emails professionally, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
Documentation and Communication:
• Prepare and send reports, invoices, declarations, COA (Certificate of Analysis), and specifications via email or other channels as required.
• Manage sampler request files and documents in Excel, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
