Contractor Program 2026 – Work From Office (Salem)

We are building our next generation engineering team and are looking for passionate students who want to gain real-world industry experience before graduation.

Eligibility

- 3rd Year or 4th Year Engineering Students
- Freshers (0 Experience) are encouraged to apply
- Must be available for Work From Office
- Only candidates residing in Salem are eligible to apply

Training Program

- Initial 3–6 months of structured Business Unit (BU) training.
- Hands-on learning with live projects, enterprise technologies, and internal product development.
- Upon successful completion of training and performance evaluation, candidates will be considered for a Full-Time Role.

Compensation

- The initial training period is unpaid.
- Once allocated to an active client or internal project,



a stipend will be provided based on the project and performance.
- Candidates successfully completing the program will be considered for full-time employment with competitive compensation.
