About the Role

Medico Workforce is hiring on behalf of a reputed healthcare organization for an experienced Senior Operation Theatre (OT) Staff Nurse. The ideal candidate should have extensive OT experience and preferably be residing near Thiruninravur/Avadi or be willing to relocate nearby.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before surgeries.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and the surgical team during procedures.




- Ensure sterilization and proper handling of surgical instruments.
- Monitor patient safety before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain OT records and follow infection control protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for smooth OT operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–5 years of OT experience.
- Candidates staying in Thiruninravur, Avadi, or nearby areas will be preferred.
