About the Role

We're looking for a UX Designer who can translate complex data workflows into visually intuitive, user-friendly web experiences. Roles & Responsibilities

- Design & Implementation (React)
Create visually engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js along with frameworks like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS. Design and prototype in Figma, collaborating closely with engineers to ensure design precision, scalability, and performance optimization.
- End-to-End UX Ownership
Manage the complete UX process, from concept and wireframing to front-end design delivery, ensuring seamless, user-centric experiences across all product modules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Analysts to convert business goals and data insights into clear, functional, and impactful design solutions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping
Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma, translating them into production-ready React components.
- User Research & Testing
Conduct research and usability testing to validate design decisions, enhance navigation, and refine interaction flows based on real user behavior.
- Design System Management
Build and maintain a scalable React-based design system, ensuring consistency, reusability, and visual harmony across the product.
- Data Visualization
Collaborate with developers to craft intuitive dashboards using tools like Recharts, Chart.js, or D3.js : simplifying complex ad metrics into clear, actionable visuals.
- AI-Augmented Design Workflow




Use AI tools like Claude to accelerate design exploration, content drafting, and prototyping, integrating AI into everyday design and research workflows.
- Performance & Accessibility
Ensure all UI designs adhere to accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices, delivering inclusive, optimized experiences.
- Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of design and front-end trends, bringing fresh ideas that elevate overall UX and product quality.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in UX/Product Design, ideally within a B2B SaaS or startup environment
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI implementation
- Proficiency in Figma (required); familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus
- Experience with Material UI, Tailwind, Ant Design, or other modern React UI libraries
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles
- Strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and micro-interactions
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (like Claude) as part of the design/development workflow
- Experience designing for data-heavy dashboards or enterprise/B2B platforms is a strong plus
