About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes. Freshers with relevant skills and a passion for testing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing.
- Validate software releases and ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test reports.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
- Ensure software meets business and customer expectations.
- Continuously improve testing processes and quality practices.

- ISTQB Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
