Position: Graphic Designer
Experience: 2–3 Years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a solid eye for design and marketing. You'll create high-performing static creatives for digital advertising and work closely with our marketing team to deliver visuals that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality static creatives for Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, landing pages, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and creative briefs.
- Deliver performance-driven creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
- Revise and optimize designs based on feedback and campaign performance.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements:





- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of Canva.
- Understanding of design principles and performance marketing creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience designing digital ad creatives.
- Basic knowledge of Canva animations or motion graphics.
- Agency or performance marketing experience is a plus.
