Position : Manager – Plant Operations & Inventory
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Production, Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, plant operations, inventory, or warehouse management.
Salary : 45000
Location: Edappal Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing plant operations to achieve production targets efficiently.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Optimize production efficiency by tracking machine utilization, downtime, wastage, and rework.
• Ensure availability and effective utilization of raw materials, packaging materials, and manpower.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, stock verification,



and material movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring FIFO, FEFO, batch traceability, and optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and HR for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
