About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech consultancy in the Enterprise Business Applications space, we help mid-market to enterprise clients modernize their operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions—spanning CRM, ERP, and Power Platform integrations. Our team delivers cloud-native, scalable, and secure digital transformation projects for global industries including manufacturing, logistics, and fintech—all built on Microsoft’s intelligent cloud stack. Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy custom extensions and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O; using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Azure Functions.
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery: from requirement analysis and solution architecture to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Build and maintain data migration, workflow automation, and business rule logic using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and X++ / C#.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business process gaps into technical configurations and custom code.




- Optimize performance of D365 environments through code refactoring, indexing strategies, and monitoring tooling (Azure Monitor, App Insights).
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices—code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation standards—across agile delivery cycles.
