About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling enterprise SaaS company operating in the Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll implementation space, we deliver end-to-end payroll automation, compliance, and workforce analytics solutions for mid-market to enterprise clients across India and APAC. Our consultants architect, configure, and optimize Oracle Cloud Payroll for global payroll calendars, statutory compliance, and payroll integrations — enabling seamless, accurate, and audit-ready payroll operations at scale. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation cycles — from requirement gathering to go-live and hypercare, ensuring adherence to client HR policies and statutory rules.
- Configure payroll elements, balance feeds, costing rules, fast formulas, and payroll flows aligned with local Indian payroll regulations and multi-country requirements.
- Design and validate payroll integrations with Oracle HCM, GL, Benefits, and Time & Labor modules; troubleshoot data mapping and validation issues.
- Partner with finance and compliance teams to ensure payroll outputs meet statutory reporting (TDS, Form 16, PF, ESI, PT)



and audit readiness standards.
- Conduct UAT sessions, train payroll administrators, and document payroll configuration artifacts, including process maps, test scripts, and user guides.
- Support production payroll runs, resolve discrepancies, and deliver post-go-live enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
