We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Freshers with robust communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Generate outbound leads through calls and other channels.
- Conduct business development calls and pitch website development, digital marketing, and software solutions (non-SaaS).
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain lead and client records in the CRM.
- Build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling client interactions.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, website development, or software solutions is preferred.
- Target-driven with a willingness to learn.
