What Youll Do:

- Manage the end to end execution of risk and control activities within the Oracle Fusion environment.
- Own and continuously improve the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls related to Oracle applications.
- Leverage expertise in Oracle Risk Management Cloud to assess and mitigate risks across business processes and IT operations.
- Influence and help design Oracle Security roles and personas to ensure proper segregation of duties and alignment with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate identity management solutions, ensuring secure access and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of controls, document findings, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work directly with internal and external auditors during control reviews and walkthrough processes, providing documentation and supporting evidence.

What Youll Bring:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field, plus relevant years of experience in a related technical discipline.




- Robust understanding of identity and access management concepts and solutions.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or ISO 27001.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- High level of adaptability and resilience in fast changing environments.

Must Have Skills:

- 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Oracle Risk Management Cloud and/or managing Oracle Security Groups and Roles .
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle ERP security, SoD, and internal controls.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and monitor security roles within Oracle applications.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to help automate control-related processes, maintenance activities, and support workflows.

Nice-to-Have:

- Oracle certification in Oracle Risk Management Cloud .
