We are seeking an experienced SAP AI Process Adoption Architect to drive AI-enabled process transformation across SAP business functions. The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP functional expertise with AI adoption experience, helping identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Skills & Experience

- 12-15 years of SAP functional consulting experience across modules such as OTC, P2P, SCM, FICO, or similar.
- Experience working with AI solutions, automation, LLMs, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Solid understanding of SAP business processes, integrations, and S/4HANA transformations.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP AI Services, SAP Joule, AI Cockpit, or related technologies.
- Experience building business cases, ROI assessments, and AI adoption roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working with business process owners, architects, and transformation programs.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate AI opportunities across SAP-enabled business processes.
- Assess feasibility, business impact,



and value realization of AI use cases.
- Develop business cases, ROI estimates, and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with process owners, solution architects, and AI teams to implement AI solutions.
- Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and SAP transformation programs.
- Drive awareness and adoption of SAP-integrated AI capabilities and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and act as the bridge between business, SAP teams, and the AI CoE.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, automation, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience in large-scale global transformation initiatives.

Project Details

- Employment type : Permanent
- Location: 3 days per week in Bangalore
- Travel: Occasional travel to Germany (approximately 2 times per year)
