Roles and Responsibilities:
• Execute all web, SEO, SEM, email and social media pages
• Design, build and maintain social media presence with content understanding
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilize robust analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
and customer touch points
• Handle and execute the chat bot process on real time basis

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in BBA or MBA (preferably in Marketing)
• Should be good at MS Excel, content writing
