The candidate must have experience of Structural Revit modelling
- He/ She should have relevant Experience of 6-8 yrs. in BIM modelling field.
- Should be able to generate structural BIM models from scratch.
- He / She should have in depth knowledge of BIM standards
- Should be able to extract GFC drawings from BIM models.
- Should have worked on BIM models LOD 400 in the past
- Should be conversant with quantity estimation using BIM.
- Should be able to review BIM models and identify errors.
- Should have hand on experience of clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
- He/ She should be able to train other modellers in the team
- Should have valuable practical knowledge of site construction activity.
- The candidate should have good verbal & written communication skills.
- He / She should be having innovative mindset to explore new opportunities
