RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned hostel/ Coliving properties.

· Ensure rooms are well-maintained, clean, and ready for occupancy.

· Coordinate tenant check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.

· Address tenant queries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly.

· Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.

· Monitor property occupancy and work towards achieving occupancy targets.

· Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.

· Track rent collections, security deposits, and other property-related records.

· Maintain accurate property documentation and reports.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate with the operations team to resolve issues efficiently.

· Use property management software/CRM to manage bookings,



tenant records, rent collections, maintenance requests, and daily operational activities.

· Plan and coordinate property-related events, resident engagement activities, community programs, and promotional events to enhance the resident experience and strengthen community engagement.

REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in Property Management, Hotel Operations, Hospitality, Hostel/PG Management, or Facility Management.

· Robust leadership and team management abilities.

· Experience managing multiple properties is an added advantage.
