Coach On Demand is onboarding only 50 Founding City Growth Partners across India during this phase of expansion.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to build Coach On Demand in their assigned city, create a network of Campus Ambassadors, work closely with colleges and student communities, and grow into future regional leadership roles as we scale nationally.

Your Responsibilities

As a City Growth Partner, you will:

- Build relationships with colleges, Placement Officers and student communities
- Recruit, onboard and mentor Campus Ambassadors
- Conduct product awareness sessions and demonstrations
- Help students discover Coach On Demand
- Support Campus Ambassadors in driving student engagement and subscriptions
- Grow Coach On Demand across your assigned city
- Represent Coach On Demand professionally at all times

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following will have an added advantage:

- Active on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook or other social media platforms
- Comfortable creating Reels, Shorts or engaging social media content
- Placement Coordinators

- NSS / NCC Volunteers
- Entrepreneurship Cell Members
- Club Leaders
- Event Organisers
- Existing student or college network
- Interest in digital marketing, content creation and community building

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline
- Age: 2130 years
- Own a laptop (Mandatory)
- Reliable internet connection
- Smartphone
- Willingness to travel within your city whenever required
- Flexible working hours

No prior sales experience is required.

Complete product and sales training will be provided.
