GenAI Developer

We are seeking a talented and innovative GenAI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a GenAI Developer, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. You will work with large datasets, advanced machine learning models, and cutting-edge technologies to create intelligent applications and services.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Build and optimize AI pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and inference.
- Evaluate and fine-tune existing models to improve performance and efficiency.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI models into existing systems and products.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and debug AI models and applications.
- Contribute to the overall AI strategy and roadmap of the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models).
- Strong programming skills in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Experience in specific domains like computer vision or natural language generation.
