We are looking for a highly analytical, execution-focused, and commercially driven qualified to join our team as a Leasing and Strategic Research Associate.

Role Overview

The Leasing and Strategic Research Associate will work closely with the GrowLease and Structured Finance team on market research, financial analysis, strategic initiatives, transaction evaluation, and execution support for structured leasing and financing solutions.

The role offers significant exposure to financial advisory, structured transactions, business analysis, industry research, and strategic execution in a rapid-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Work on multiple strategic projects within the GrowLease vertical, supporting the team across various leasing and structured finance assignments.

· Conduct extensive industry, market, and company-level research based on project requirements to identify opportunities, trends, and business insights.

· Perform detailed business analysis,



competitor benchmarking, and industry comparisons to support strategic decision-making and client solutions.

· Prepare comprehensive research reports, analytical summaries, presentations, and business insights for internal discussions and client engagements.

· Assist in evaluating leasing structures, operational requirements, financing feasibility, and transaction frameworks.

· Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and service partners as and when required for project execution and operational support.

· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, financial institutions, insurance companies, and ecosystem partners.

· Support onboarding and relationship development with insurance companies and other strategic partners relevant to the leasing business.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of assignments and timely project delivery.

· Contribute actively toward the strategic growth, expansion, and business development initiatives of the GrowLease department.

· Track project progress, maintain documentation accuracy, and ensure high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and execution excellence.





· Work in a dynamic environment involving diverse projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related disciplines.

· Prior exposure to consulting, advisory, leasing, banking, NBFCs, financial services, or strategic research environments will be preferred.

· Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business research tools.

· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

· Self-driven, proactive, execution-oriented, and commercially aware.
