About the Role :

Are you a creative storyteller who understands what makes audiences stop scrolling and start watching?

At Kuku, we're building the future of short-format OTT entertainment and microdramas, and we're looking for a Promo Producer (Arabic) who can transform compelling stories into high-retention promotional content.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and produce high-impact Arabic promos for microdramas, OTT content, and digital campaigns.
- Develop engaging promo concepts, scripts, and creative briefs tailored for Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Work closely with editors, writers, designers, and marketing teams to create compelling promotional content.
- Ensure promos are optimized for short-form platforms and mobile-first viewing experiences.
- Analyze audience engagement metrics and continuously improve promo performance.
- Identify trending content formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques within the Arabic entertainment market.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, content quality, and storytelling standards across all promotional assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet content delivery timelines.

What We're Looking For :
- 2–5 years of experience in promo production,



creative production, content creation, or digital media.
- Strong command of Arabic language, culture, and audience preferences.
- Experience working with OTT platforms, digital entertainment, media companies, or content studios.
- Excellent storytelling instincts with a deep understanding of emotional hooks and audience retention.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with short-form video content, social media trends, and digital-first storytelling.
