Primary Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards, and Page Layouts.
Support implementation and enhancement of Cloudbyz applications built on the Salesforce platform.
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, profiles, permission sets, record types, and related configurations.
Maintain system integrity, data quality, security settings, and user access controls within Salesforce.
Perform configuration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders during implementation activities.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, SOPs, and release notes.
Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
Participate in system upgrades,



deployments, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and industry best practices.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator will be an added advantage.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
Experience working on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom platform applications.
Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities and platform functionality.
Experience in requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and user support.
Prior experience in Life Sciences, Clinical, Healthcare, or regulated domain projects will be an added advantage.
