Role & Responsibilities

- 1-3 years of experience in Deploy, monitor, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtual machines, and containerized workloads across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file/print services, and Group Policy Objects to ensure enterprise-wide access control and policy enforcement.
- Implement and manage backup/DR solutions (Veeam, Commvault, or similar) with RTO/RPO compliance and routine restore validations.
- Automate system provisioning, patching, and health checks using PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible to reduce manual toil and improve operational consistency.
- Troubleshoot network, storage, and system-level issues with root cause analysis and documented resolution pathways.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to harden systems, apply CIS benchmarks, and support audit readiness for ISO 27001 or SOC2.
