We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad networks. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, campaign management experience, and a good understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Programmatic platforms (preferred)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as:
- ROAS
- CPC
- CTR
- CPA
- Conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of spends.
- Create performance reports and derive actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams for ad assets and campaign alignment.
- A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends,
platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics and analytics tools.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Understanding of funnel marketing and audience segmentation
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
