Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical layouts, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Assist in cost estimation and value engineering of MEP systems.
- Design HVAC systems with a focus on air quality, humidity control, and thermal comfort (critical for wellness spaces).
- Plan electrical systems, including lighting (ambient, therapeutic, and mood lighting), power distribution, and backup systems.
- Design plumbing and water systems, including hot water systems, water treatment, and drainage.
- Ensure designs meet project specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
- Integrate systems that enhance Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and occupant well-being.
- Support the implementation of energy-productive and sustainable solutions (e.g., heat recovery, low-energy lighting,



and water conservation).
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and consultants to align MEP systems with design intent.
- Participate in design review meetings and client presentations.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during project execution.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide on-site support during installation and commissioning.
- Conduct inspections and ensure systems are installed as per design.
- Assist in troubleshooting and system optimization.
