Role overview
As Finance Lead – Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Aristok's finance function. You'll take
full ownership of day-to-day accounting, compliance, and reporting - while stepping up as a key contributor
to financial planning and business partnering. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who is
ready to lead processes, work cross-functionally, and grow into a broader strategic mandate as the
company scales.

What you'll own
– Manage end-to-end accounting operations on Zoho Books - invoicing, accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and timely month-end close.
– Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and client/vendor ledgers with a high
degree of accuracy.
– Manage the estimate and purchase order process, ensuring proper documentation and approvals across
client and vendor engagements.
– Support and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles in coordination with
leadership.
– Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis, translating numbers into clear, actionable insights for
leadership.
– Own statutory compliance end-to-end -GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF,



and PT filings- ensuring accuracy and
on-time submissions.
– Monitor cash flow and working capital, flagging risks and opportunities proactively to leadership.
– Support internal and external audits, maintaining well-organised financial documentation and audit trails.
– Create and maintain financial dashboards and MIS reports that give leadership timely visibility into
business performance.
– Identify process gaps and drive improvements that strengthen controls and operational efficiency

What we're looking for
– Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) is an advantage.
– Proven ability to independently manage financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations with
minimal supervision.
– Solid hands-on experience with Zoho Books - comfortable owning the platform and optimising
workflows.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets - pivot tables, complex formulae, and
dashboard creation.
– Solid working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and PT.
– Understanding of the estimate and PO process in a client-facing or agency context.
– Analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
– Comfortable with the pace and ownership expectations of a fast-growing startup environment.
–Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of financial executives, driving accountability and
performance.
