Role Title: Risk Services Proc Spec I

Position Summary:

The incumbent in this function is responsible producing and maintaining the integrity of the location indexing process, as well as maintaining the engineering location information. The Specialist functions as a problem solving resource, provides telephone support to users of the systems and processes, and through their actions assures timely and accurate actions and responses to the work.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for ensuring that location index numbers are assigned in a timely fashion,



thoroughly researched and continue to maintain the necessary integrity for use in all entity information systems
- Responsible for providing support to users regarding interpretation of location and entity data in corporate systems.
- Responsible for maintaining and assuring the location information is accurate and current.
- Responsible for resolving discrepancies and conflicts in location information by actively working with FM Global servicing teams and support units.
- Responsible for understanding and utilizing information sent from the account team to update location information.

Skill and Experience:

- 1+ years of experiencerequired to perform essential job functions.
- Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): 1 -2 years Data Entry Experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong research skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause identification and resolution.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with data entry and maintenance.
