Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Founder's Office -Intern to support our outbound and pitching efforts. This role will involve research, outreach, and backend support to help drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map and maintain a database of brand stakeholders (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Regional Leads) within the prospect taxonomy sheet
- Execute daily LinkedIn outreach (connection requests + intro messages) and track progress
- Regularly update the CRM/outbound tracker with all interactions and status updates
- Source, organise, and format credentials, case studies, and client wins for pitches and BD decks
- Track competitor agencies and recent brand launches, especially in South India, to identify outreach opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong research and organisational skills
- Good written communication (especially for outreach)
- Basic understanding of marketing/advertising is a plus
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven manner
