PROEFFICIENCY IN – AUTOCAD, MS OFFICE

Job Overview:

The Project Architect will lead the design and construction phases of various architectural projects. This role involves coordinating with management, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and strictly follow design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept to completion.
- Ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
- Coordinate with management, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals.

Design and Documentation:

- Oversee the creation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Review and approve design modifications during construction.

Team Coordination:

- Facilitate collaboration among different teams, including engineering, interiors,



and construction management.

Construction Administration:

- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with the design intent.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as necessary.
- Review and approve construction-related documents and shop drawings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- 14 – 16 years of experience in architectural design (mainly high end residential) and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Robust communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with construction administration and site visits.

Bandra office-based with regular site visits.

May require occasional travel depending on project location.
