About the Role

We are looking for a confident, camera-friendly, and emotionally intelligent Anchor / Content Host to join our healthcare content team in Haridwar. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with patients, doctors, and on-ground teams while creating engaging, informative, and trust-driven healthcare content.

This role requires someone who can represent the brand professionally on camera, conduct patient interactions sensitively, and help structure meaningful healthcare stories for digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesTestimonial Production

- Conduct and host patient testimonial shoots with empathy and professionalism

- Make patients feel comfortable and confident while speaking on camera

- Coordinate with doctors, video editors, and content teams during shoots

Content Hosting

- Host healthcare-related video content for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms

- Present medical and wellness information in a simple, engaging, and audience-friendly manner

- Maintain strong on-camera presence and communication clarity

Scripting & Structuring

- Assist in scripting and structuring video concepts, testimonials, and educational content

- Collaborate with content and creative teams to improve audience engagement and retention

- Help simplify complex healthcare topics into easily understandable content





Brand Representation

- Represent the organization professionally across digital and on-ground interactions

- Maintain brand tone, credibility, and trust while communicating with patients and audiences

- Support PR, awareness campaigns, and promotional shoots when required

Must-Have SkillsTechnical Skills

- Basic understanding of video production and editing

- Familiarity with social media content trends and audience engagement formats

- Comfortable working in front of the camera

- Ability to make patients feel relaxed and comfortable during shoots

Medical Awareness

- Basic understanding of medical terminology

- Ability to explain healthcare information in a simple and digestible manner for general audiences

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field

Preferred Profile

- Prior internship or experience in anchoring, hosting, content creation, media, or healthcare communication is a plus

- Freshers with strong communication and on-camera confidence are encouraged to apply
