About the Opportunity

In the energetic building automation sector, our client, a leading facilities management company operating in Dubai, is seeking a skilled BMS Technician. The company specializes in integrating advanced Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize building operations, safety, and energy efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation technology in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai.

Role & Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot BMS hardware and software systems across commercial and industrial buildings.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults, alarms, and annunciation issues promptly.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and implement upgrades.
- Document system modifications, maintenance activities, and fault reports accurately.




- Assist in commissioning and activation of new BMS installations ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Proven experience in BMS system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems and electrical wiring
- Familiarity with building automation software platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and willing to handle emergency calls when needed

Preferred

- Certification in BMS/Building Automation Systems
- Experience with energy management and automation protocols
