⏳ Duration: 2 Years

Eligibility Criteria:

• MS / DNB / DO in Ophthalmology

• Candidates with 50–100 SICS surgeries experience preferred

Program Highlights:

• Intensive Phaco Surgery Training

• Comprehensive exposure in Medical Glaucoma Management

• Step-by-step mentorship under experienced surgeons

Training Exposure:

• Phaco Cataract Surgery

• Glaucoma diagnosis & management

• OPD and patient evaluation

• Pre-operative and post-operative management

• Complicated cataract case handling





• Surgical planning and patient counselling

Outcome After Fellowship:

• Become a confident independent surgeon

• Exposure to approximately 250–350 Phaco surgeries (based on skill progression)

• Ability to manage complicated ophthalmic cases

• Expertise in glaucoma and ocular disease management

Remuneration:

₹1.3 – ₹1.5 Lakhs per month
