Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale data processing systems using Databricks and Apache Spark.
- Create and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading across various data sources.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Implement data models and schemas on the Databricks platform to support business analytics and reporting.
- Ensure robust performance, security, and data quality in all data processing workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation,



and deployment activities to uphold best practices in data engineering.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Proficiency in Apache Spark and Databricks platform
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with ETL pipeline development and data integration
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of data modeling and architecture best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

- Preferred
- Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop or Kafka
- Certifications related to Databricks or cloud platforms
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning integration
