We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Affiliate Manager (CPS) to manage and scale international affiliate partnerships across multiple performance marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, publisher management, campaign optimization, and strong knowledge of platforms like impact.com, CJ Affiliate, and other affiliate networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow CPS (Cost Per Sale) affiliate campaigns across international markets.
- Handle onboarding, relationship management, and communication with affiliates/publishers.
- Work closely with advertisers, agencies, and affiliate networks to drive campaign performance.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, traffic quality, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns to achieve revenue and scaling targets.
- Identify and onboard new publishers, influencers, cashback, coupon, content, and media partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for tracking, creatives, payouts, and campaign execution.




- Prepare performance reports and share insights with management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with advertiser guidelines and fraud monitoring.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as impact.com, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, Admitad, Partnerize, Awin, or similar networks.
- Strong understanding of CPS/CPL/CPA models.
- Good knowledge of international affiliate marketing trends and publisher categories.
- Experience in campaign optimization, tracking links, attribution, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced performance marketing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Existing network with international affiliates/publishers is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, gaming, or utility verticals preferred.
