Job Description:

Position: Manager - QC

Location: Dabhel - Daman

Experience: 15 -20 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:

- Prepare quality plans in accordance with the specifications released by QA.
- Overview of product evaluation and testing conducted at various stages and report on the conformity status against specified requirements.
- Report any non-conforming to QA.
- Carry out competitor’s product study.
- Heading QC Department and Oversee and coordinate QC management activities at the company level
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance of the various act (DLA) related to quality as directed by HOD Regulatory affairs and QA.
- Support MD/VP/HOD QA and Regulatory affairs in effectively handling of customer complaints.
- Maintaining batch records as per defined procedures.
- Knowledge of Calibration, Validation processes and its implementation.




- Identifying risk and opportunities and taking actions as appropriate.
- Prepare and review QMS procedures related to QC activity
- Approve documents related to QC activity
- Stop production in consultation with QA head in case of any non-conformity
- Vendor Management, Audit and Analysis.

Required Qualification:- B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry/B.E/B.Tech - Plastic/Medical Device/Chemical

Salary :- Upto 13.00 LPA
