Location - Mumbai (Malad West)

Experience: 2-3 years as Store Manager. Experience in handling multiple stores, team management, inventory control, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily operations for multiple stores

- Conduct regular store audits as per guidelines

- Handle manpower management, including staff allocation and performance monitoring

- Ensure store performance targets are met and maintained

- Monitor hygiene and SOP adherence across all assigned stores

- Provide timely updates and reports in line with SOPs

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience handling multiple store operations

- Strong understanding of retail SOPs and audit processes

- Positive communication, leadership, and team management skills
