THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Self-starter who is ready to take on new challenges.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate, property acquisition, or business development.
- Robust negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent networking and communication abilities.
- Comfortable travelling extensively to identify and evaluate potential commercial properties.
- Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and property documentation is an added advantage.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and source commercial properties as per business requirements.
- Conduct property scouting, market research, and site visits.
- Evaluate sites and coordinate with internal teams for feasibility.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with landlords.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and property brokers.
- Track property leads and ensure timely closure of property deals.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and rental benchmarks.
