About the job

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to provide outstanding support to our US patients, pharmacies, healthcare providers, and delivery partners. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS
- Resolve delivery, shipment, and service-related issues promptly
- Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Driver teams
- Track and update support tickets until resolution
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in US customer support, customer service, or call center operations is Mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills




- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using CRM and customer support tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including US business hours

Preferred Background: Healthcare, pharmacy, logistics, e-commerce.
