About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact existing and prospective customers by telephone, WhatsApp and email
2 Introduce the company's machines, automation solutions and services
3. Understand customer requirements and arrange discussions with the technical team
4. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, dispatches and service requirements
5. Coordinate with sales, design, production, service and accounts teams
6. Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules
7. Prepare basic reports and provide regular updates
8. Develop professional and long-term relationships with customers

Client Relationship Management (CRM) Effective Communication Lead Generation Marketing Campaigns Sales Management

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. BBA, B.Com, MBA, BA or any equivalent graduate qualification

2. Freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience may apply

3. Candidate should be confident and comfortable calling customers

4. Good verbal and written communication skills

5. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email

6. Organised,

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
