About the job

We are hiring Account Managers. Tatva Networks, Bengaluru. Onsite.

Tatva Networks has run cybersecurity and network infrastructure for enterprises, courts, and government institutions since 2007. VAPT, SOC operations, firewalls, private cloud.

Over 18 years we have built a base of 5,000 client accounts. Most have not heard from us in a while. That is the job.

Each Account Manager owns 250 named accounts. You reconnect, map who decides, find what they need next, and close it. Renewals, security testing, firewall refreshes, AMC contracts, network projects.

You will not be thrown in cold. Our internal system gives you each account's history, what they bought, who to call, and what to do each morning. Both founders work with you directly daily calls in your first months, not quarterly reviews.

Who should apply:

Fresh MBA or engineering graduates. We rate raw talent over polished CVs. If you are early in your career, coachable, and want to learn enterprise sales properly, this is the place.





You need clear spoken and written English, the ability to hold a conversation with a CIO or finance director without a script, and the discipline to keep your CRM honest.

Compensation: 20,000 fixed per month plus incentives tied to the revenue of your accounts. The fixed pay is modest. The incentive ceiling is not. We pay for results and we teach you how to get them.

Start date: immediate. Location: Bengaluru, onsite.
