Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand each student's education, career goals, and challenges.
- Recommend suitable courses based on their aspirations.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
- Convert inquiries into admissions while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.




- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build solid relationships with students before and after enrollment.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining excellent student satisfaction.
- Attend counseling events, seminars, webinars, and educational activities whenever required.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for counseling, education, and career guidance.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide the right solutions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Academic Counseling, or Admission Counseling is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the education or EdTech industry.
