We're looking for an experienced counsellor who can guide the right candidates onto the right path and close them honestly.

The role in one line You take an enquiry, understand where the person actually fits, set honest expectations, and convert them into an enrolled candidate across both our nursing/physio and Ausbildung programmes.

What you'll own

- Counselling & conversion. Run consultations, assess eligibility, map the candidate's realistic path to Germany, and close the enrolment. You carry a monthly enrolment number and you own it.
- Two programmes, two audiences. Nursing/physio for registered GNM/BSc professionals, and Ausbildung for Class-12 students (1825) and their parents. You'll learn to switch registers between a working nurse and an anxious parent.
- Honest expectation-setting. Explaining the timeline (1012 months of German to B2, then recognition and placement), the fee structure, and what we can and cannot promise before they pay, not after.
- Pipeline ownership. Working your leads through to registration and deposit, and supervising the pre-sales support who feed you qualified enquiries.

What we're looking for





- 24 years as an admission / education / study-abroad counsellor, with a track record of closing not just guiding
- Genuinely persuasive and genuinely honest. You can move someone to a decision without overpromising
- Solid communicator in English and Hindi, spoken and written
- Comfortable owning a target and being measured on conversion
- Organised with follow-ups you don't let a warm lead go cold

Nice to have

- Experience counselling for overseas education, nursing/healthcare, or Germany/Europe specifically
- Familiarity with the study-abroad or visa-documentation journey
- Any level of German
