About Mepass:
Mepass is building software solutions for the event industry, focused on simplifying ticketing, audience engagement, and analytics. We work closely with event organizers and brands to deliver seamless experiences and measurable results. Our goal is to create scalable systems that drive growth and enhance how events are managed and experienced.
We're looking for a driven, target-oriented Business Development Manager to own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for our platform.
Training & Growth Path:
15 days of structured classroom training + co-conduction
45 days on-the-job training with a target of 2,00,000
On successful target achievement: 7 LPA fixed + 3 LPA variable = 10 LPA package
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build relationships with event organizers, sponsors, artists, and influencers to generate business opportunities
- Present platform solutions and convert prospects into customers
- Close partnership deals with event organizers, including large-scale events
- Expand industry network and build relationships within the events & entertainment sector
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, client meetings, and negotiations
- Prior sales/BD experience preferred (freshers with strong drive can also apply)
