The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, with the ability to design scalable business solutions and drive successful customer engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop solution strategies.Lead discovery workshops to gather business requirements.Design solution architecture, implementation approaches, and technical roadmaps.Deliver product demos, POCs, and executive presentations.Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with functional and technical proposals.Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure scalable, implementable solutions.Advise on licensing, integrations, security, governance, and Microsoft best practices.Support SOW creation and proposal documentation.Stay updated on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, AI, Copilot, and Microsoft Cloud.Required SkillsStrong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365,



including:FinanceSupply Chain ManagementBusiness CentralCustomer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.Knowledge of Azure integrations, Dataverse, APIs, security, data migration, and cloud architecture.Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, CRM, WMS, HRMS, eCommerce, and payment systems.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.12+ years of IT consulting experience, including 8+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365.Proven experience supporting enterprise pre-sales and digital transformation initiatives.Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform certifications preferred.Domain knowledge in Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Professional Services, or Supply Chain.Desired CompetenciesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Solid consulting, proposal writing, and solution-selling experience.Ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.Customer-focused with strong strategic thinking and multitasking abilities.
