We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead financial governance, controllership, reporting, compliance, and business finance processes across large-scale operations. The ideal candidate should have worked with reputed conglomerates in sectors such as Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports, Logistics, Metals & Mining, Real Estate, or diversified business groups and possess a strong understanding of project-driven and asset-intensive businesses.QualificationChartered Accountant (CA)Additional certifications such as CFA or CMA are an added advantageDesired Candidate ProfileCA with 12-18 years of post-qualification experience.Proven experience in large conglomerates, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports, Logistics, Metals & Mining, or Real Estate sectors.Robust exposure to financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, treasury, controllership, and compliance.Experience managing large-scale projects, asset-heavy businesses, or multi-location operations.Sound knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, taxation, and audit practices.Advanced proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, financial modeling,
