OverviewWe are looking for a Relationship Manager to acquire, onboard, and manage MFDs, IFAs, and wealth partners , driving partner engagement, SIP growth, AUM expansion, and overall business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire and onboard new MFDs in the assigned territory.Build a strong MFD pipeline through market mapping, referrals, networking, and other lead generation activities.Present the platform's value proposition, including technology, payouts, research support, training, and business growth opportunities.Increase partner engagement through regular meetings, product awareness sessions, and other engagement initiatives.Maintain robust relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities to increase business volumes.Achieve monthly acquisition, activation,



and revenue targets.Track daily sales activities and maintain accurate CRM updates.Requirements4-6 years of experience in Mutual Fund Distribution and Channel Sales.Existing networks within the MFD/IFA ecosystem are preferred.Proven track record of achieving sales and acquisition targets.About KisshtKissht is one of India's leading listed fintech companies, making financial services simple, accessible, and technology-driven.
