Project ManagerRemoteContract of 3 MonthsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experience d Project Manag er for a 3-month contra ct to support our client in managing and streamlining a portfolio of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple initiatives, tracking project progress, improving governance, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. This role requires strong stakeholder management, project planning, reporting, and portfolio management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate multiple projects within the client's project portfolio.Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to ensure project objectives are achieved.Streamline project governance, reporting processes, and portfolio management activities.Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, and status review sessions.Track resource allocation, project budgets (if applicable),



and overall portfolio health.Ensure projects are aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.Support process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency during the engagement.Prepare executive-level reports and communicate project status to leadership.Required Skills4–5 years of experien ce in Project Management and Portfolio Management.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.Experience with project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project dependencies.Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.Proficiency with project management tools such a s MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or simil ar.Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing project portfolios or PMO activities.PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.Exposure to process improvement or PMO governance initiatives.
