This role involves handling patient or provider interactions through voice and/or non-voice channels while strictly following US healthcare compliance and privacy standards.Work ScheduleMust be willing to work between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM ISTNight shift aligned with US business hoursPayoutVoice Process: Rs 160 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesPrior Healthcare Claims experience is preferred!Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls)Provide accurate information related to appointments, billing, insurance, or general healthcare queriesMaintain strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standardsVerify customer identity before sharing any informationDocument interactions clearly and accurately in the systemEscalate issues as per defined processes when requiredMaintain a skilled,
